Beata Gadek was born in Poland. She graduated from the University of Białystok, where she earned a Master of Laws degree. For over two years, she served as a Junior Associate in a District Prosecutor’s office in Poland, gaining valuable experience in judicial and prosecutorial proceedings. She successfully passed the Bar examination in Poland.

After moving to New York, Ms. Gadek enrolled in a Paralegal Studies program, which allowed her to gain practical legal experience in the U.S. while working in several American law firms. This provided her with an insider’s perspective on the complexities of the American legal system.

In 2011, Beata Gadek earned her LL.M. (Master of Laws) from the prestigious Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and successfully passed the New York State Bar exam. Since then, she has been practicing law on Staten Island, assisting the community and beyond with matters involving real estate, mortgages, bankruptcy, and immigration.
